01 General Terms

Bengol Bet (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the site") provides an online betting and lottery service for users in Bangladesh. By using this platform, you (the "member" or "user") are deemed to have fully accepted these terms and conditions.

03 Deposit & Payment Policy

Bengol Bet accepts deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 BDT, and the maximum limit depends on your account level and verification status.

• All deposits must be made from your own mobile banking account.
• Deposits made through a third party are not permitted.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account within 5 minutes.

04 Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw from Bengol Bet, your account must be fully verified (KYC completed). Withdrawals can only be processed to the mobile banking number used at the time of registration.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is determined by your account's VIP level.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 12 minutes to 24 hours.
• The applicable wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.

05 Bonus & Promotion Terms

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are applicable to one account only.
• The welcome bonus applies to new members on their first deposit only.

• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus will be forfeited.

Cashback Terms

Weekly cashback is applied based on the member's VIP level. There are no wagering requirements on cashback — it can be withdrawn directly. However, multiple bonuses may not be applicable simultaneously within the same week.

06 Gaming Rules

07 Prohibited Activities

• Using another person's account or selling your account.
• Any form of cheating or fraudulent activity.
• Money laundering or processing of illegal funds.
• Attempting to hack or exploit the platform's software or systems.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

Bengol Bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Extended inactivity (over 12 months).
• Self-exclusion at the member's own request.
• Protective measures in line with our Responsible Gaming policy.

Upon account closure, any valid balance will be returned in accordance with our policy. If an account is closed due to prohibited activity, the balance will not be refunded.
